How can I quickly populate the contact information for my audience?
The bulk upload feature allows you to quickly import a .csv or .xls file containing all of your contact information. On the "Manage Contacts" page there is a quick reference with simple instructions for the use of the bulk upload feature.
How do I reset my account password?
You can reset your account password with the "Reset Password" feature. The "Reset Password" link can be found directly under the user login section of this page.
What is express messaging?
After logging into your account, you have the ability to compose and send text messages to your contact groups from every page. You can navigate to the Send Messages interface for broader messaging capabilities including simultaneous text message and Email distribution.
